We invite you to a concert featuring the music of the world-famous composer Ludovico Einaudi, performed by the outstanding pianist Stanislav Galin, accompanied by a string quartet.
Einaudi is known for his simple yet hauntingly beautiful minimalist compositions for piano and breathtaking film scores. Over nearly thirty years, he has released numerous albums that top the charts, sells out the most prestigious concert halls around the world, and his music has appeared in many famous films (The Untouchables, Doctor Zhivago, England, Nomadland, and others).
Brief profile of Stanislav Gallin: Studied at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague (2001–2007) under Professor P. Toperczer. Earned his doctoral degree in 2012 at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava.
Co-founder of the chamber ensemble Orbis Trio, winner of several international competitions, including one in Hamburg. Has performed as a soloist and ensemble musician across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the United States, collaborating with leading orchestras and conductors.
Since 2009, he has been a faculty member (“Fellow”) at the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague, Department of Collaborative Piano.
